Excellent service, fast delivery--part was exactly as described and worked wonderfully to repair a broken treadmill. Easy online ordering so that I knew what part I was getting (thanks to the pictures). Instead of buying a new treadmill, I fixed it for around $50! Very happy there's an online store that supplies this sort of thing.
