Just a quick note to the manager concerning a most satisfying experience a few moments ago when one of your employees, Marsha assisted me so beautifully. She was professional and caring and took the time to help research my need and assisted me as I placed the order for my parts. She is a true asset to both you her employer and us the customers.
May God richly bless you today as you caringly reach out to others.
Jim
I truly appreciate your helpfulness and efficiency in finding my exercycle belt. The local dealers could not help me out at all. When I receive my belt order from you, I will return the replacement belt that the dealer sold me, ask for my money back, and give them a print out of your website and the helpful chat discussion that pointed me to the correct replacement belt.
Thanks again for providing a high quality service.
