It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems. I want to thank the company and all envolved in expeciting the parts for my bike. Three new bearings and a belt and chain, and it now runs like new and I bought it 2000. I have put 110,000 miles on it and hope to get another 100k if I live long enough.
