In 1995 after spending several years with a major manufacturer as quality control manager, John Jacobs decided to start an independent service provider in the St. Louis market. Being a meticulous, quality oriented person, it didn't take long for his business to become the largest and most respected in his area. With a focus on reducing customer downtime, Fitness Plus was stocking a large inventory of parts for treadmills, steppers, ellipticals, etc.
In 2003 the company began earnest work on development of FitnessRepairParts.com behind the scenes after noticing a lack of well-designed and well-organized places on the Internet to purchase parts for equipment. After several months of heavy development the site was launched to the public in May of 2004. In the years since, the company has continued to grow, adding thousands of square feet of warehouse space to keep more parts in stock. In September 2010 we were recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the country.
With a long history in the fitness equipment repair business, working with the largest brands, we understand the need for high quality repair parts (and more importantly the right part). A quality part can make the difference between a smooth repair process and a nightmare.

Current Job Openings:
E-Commerce Warehouse (FULL-TIME) Responsible for the picking, packaging and shipping of parts in a warehouse for a company that sells fitness repair parts over the internet. The job entails all of the activities that the shipping department is responsible for.
E-Commerce Specialist and Customer Support (FULL-TIME) The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for handling in-bound and out-bound calls, live chat, responding to tickets generated from the e-commerce website and documenting/resolving customer issues. Work from home options will be available for fully trained employee’s summer 2022.
