We've ended up using Fitness Repair Parts twice now. Once for a weight machine cable and once for a computer/board for a recumbent bike. Recumbent bike was older and they were one of the only places that we could find a replacement. Shipping was quick. We received the parts in good working order. I also left you a voicemail a few minutes ago but I wanted to say 'thank you'. I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty. Thank you for handling my concern so promptly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to getting the new running belt and will the return the original right away.
