I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Thank you for letting me know about www.fitnessforums.net. On this site I found the test points on the Motor Controller and what their expected values should be. I will be ordering a new Motor Controller from you after I finish this email.
