I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty.
