I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty. I tried twice to write a 5 star review of your company on Merchant Circle but for some reason It wouldn’t post. Wish that I had copied and pasted it so that I didn’t have to write it again! But I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your excellent service. I was delighted to find the seat levor for my Life Fitness Life Cycle exercise bicycle at a reasonable price. It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems.
