I just wanted to thank you for the prompt shipment for the part, Schwinn 820P treadmill, which did fix the problem. The faulty part was returned the next day, by me, and the credit was credited to my credit card in about 2 weeks. Thanks again for the proper part, now I can exercise again. Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers.
