The order arrived in short order and the protective packaging was some of the best I have seen. The tread mill, again, works great. THANX Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers.
