TESTIMONIALS

Thanks for your attention to this; after dealing with another company regarding my Christmas tree today, your level of customer service is completely awesome.

Sharon

I received all the parts I needed to the isolator of my Nordic track treadmill. We had broken one of them when we moved it into our home after purchasing it from a colleague at my company and it just felt so unstable for months until we realized what was broken. Thanks to the expanded diagram on the site, I was able to figure out exactly which parts I needed and they were shipped to me relatively quickly (3-4 business days).
