I own a 20 year old weight stack home fitness machine. With the covid pandemic, I spent more time on it since my gym was closed. A couple of pulley cables and a foam pad needed replacement. The manufacturer (Parabody) has been out of business more than 15 years. FitnessRepairParts came up in a search for the items and had them in stock. In fact, I found no other site with exact replacement parts, and I did not want to fiddle with raw cable and various end connectors. I was concerned about some reviews regarding return policy - there is a restocking fee and you pay return shipping. But given the business model - parts available that are 15 years out of manufacture - I think that's a fair policy. The items came as described, shipped within a day with tracking id. I tried twice to write a 5 star review of your company on Merchant Circle but for some reason It wouldn’t post. Wish that I had copied and pasted it so that I didn’t have to write it again! But I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your excellent service. I was delighted to find the seat levor for my Life Fitness Life Cycle exercise bicycle at a reasonable price. It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems.
