Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.

I want to thank the company and all envolved in expeciting the parts for my bike. Three new bearings and a belt and chain, and it now runs like new and I bought it 2000. I have put 110,000 miles on it and hope to get another 100k if I live long enough.
