We had broken one of them when we moved it into our home after purchasing it from a colleague at my company and it just felt so unstable for months until we realized what was broken. Thanks to the expanded diagram on the site, I was able to figure out exactly which parts I needed and they were shipped to me relatively quickly (3-4 business days).
