It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems. Thanks for the reply. I'm still talking with Spirit about whether they will warranty the motor. If they do not, I definitely will use the links to order it.
