It was shipped promptly in recyclable packing material. My husband was able to install the part by himself but I really appreciated the list of service providers who could possibly help with my equipment in case he ran into problems. Thank you for letting me know about www.fitnessforums.net. On this site I found the test points on the Motor Controller and what their expected values should be. I will be ordering a new Motor Controller from you after I finish this email.
