I was so happy to find Fitness Repair Parts. I bought a gym quality Stairmaster for my home about 22 years ago. I never once had any problem with the equipment except after all these years the plug that connects to the connector box (not sure what that thing is called) and the "box" needed to be replaced. I thought that the machine might be too old and that I wouldn't be able to get the part. But Fitness Repair had it. I bought it, it came in the mail within a week or so, and it fit! I will call them again if I ever need a part replaced.

I'm sure this isn't the typical comment in this forum, but I didn't know how to give you this feedback. I recently purchased a front roller for my wife's treadmill and was shocked to discover that the replacement part was waaayyy better than the original! Thank you!
