Awesome customer service, Parts were just as advertised and arrived much sooner than expected. I don't purchase equipment until i confirm i can get the replacement parts from FitnessRepairPart.com first

Who would have thought we could find ANY parts for our prehistoric, but beloved, elliptical? We use our HealthRider daily, it's almost a family heirloom and surely too old for repair. . . .
On a whim & a beer I searched the web for those elusive components and found Fitnessrepairparts! They had listings for everything we needed!
Being a cynic at heart, I ordered them anyway because the price was right and figured, "nothing ventured - nothing gained."
We received them in very short order without any enhanced shipping arrangement. The parts arrived in perfect condition and packaged BETTER than any ******** product!!!
The items we received were exactly as described.
We highly recommend Fitnessrepairparts for everyone who is serious about maintaining their exercise equipment in top condition.
We saved more than $3k over a comparable replacement apparatus!
Looks like this heirloom is destined to live on!
Great website, easy to use too.
