I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. We've ended up using Fitness Repair Parts twice now. Once for a weight machine cable and once for a computer/board for a recumbent bike. Recumbent bike was older and they were one of the only places that we could find a replacement. Shipping was quick. We received the parts in good working order. We have had no problems with either of their products. Will use again in the future.
