The part came on time my husband put it on my elliptical and it works like a charm!!thank you thank you thank you great experience if I ever need anything else I definitely will keep this company in mind! The price is definitely less than having to go out and buy a whole new elliptical, which is what I appreciate because it’s only thing that was going wrong with that machine and I got The elliptical free
