I searched everywhere for the speed control knob I ordered. I was a little skeptical that I would receive the right part, since even the manufacturer no longer carried it. I received my order yesterday and installed the knob last night.

Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.
