Number three really stood out for me because the usual answer around here is "sorry can't help you - we only do in-house repair for items we sell." My first reaction is that I would rather shop for new equipment at places that offer services to assist with repairs in the first place rather than at all the fancy shops that won't help with older equipment. I ordered a replacement crank arm(s) for my 22 year old Vision Fitness recumbent exercise bike. The new parts arrived today; less than two business days after placing the order. I installed the new parts and the bike is working like it was brand new, ultra quiet, smooth and the correct resistance.

I will be replacing a few other parts for this commercial grade exercise bike very soon using your company..
