Hello Team, Thank you for your excellent service in every respect in the purchase of the Console noted on the invoice above . This correct part was ordered, and received, after we earlier ordered and received an incorrect part. The online process was simple and user-friendly and the FedEx shipping was carried out without a hitch. The chat feature was seamless, efficient and direct. The RA process for the incorrect part was flawless and occurred with little input from us. The paperwork was simple and direct, and the terms more than reasonable. The credit back to the credit card occurred without a hitch, as far as we can tell. The correct part, Console installed with no problems and is humming along as it should. We have begun powering down, and un-plugging, the NordiTrack after each use to eliminate the grid-problem effects going forward in this surge prone area of Arizona. That might have been a cause of the original failure. Again, thank you for your work. Steve S
