Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.
