Not only did they have the correct part, they sent me the manual on how to repair my eliptical machine. I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself.

My Parabody 350 home gym was purchased new in the late 1990s. It is a great unit but one of the pulley cables was done; and I didn't expect to be able to obtain a replacement part, and thought I would have to fabricate the part.
