Shipping damaged - Electro magnet brake.   ---NEW part.

This item was damaged in shipping to us.  The plastic shielding is craked and broken.  This should not effect the operation.  YET we can't sell it as new.  Take a good look at the pictures and decide if you want to save a few bucks.
