I had contacted BowFlex to get this part and was initially told that the part would be @ my door in one week. Well, that week went by and I contacted BowFlex. On this attempt I was told that the part was in fact NOT in stock and that it would be @ least one month before they would have the part to send to me.
I found Fitness Repair Parts on-line: I called in and was put in contact with somebody that guided me right to the part I needed!!
"Thank you" is not enough, but it's the best I've got.
