I just received credit for core charge on motor controller board I had ordered. I just wanted to thank you for the prompt shipment for the part, Schwinn 820P treadmill, which did fix the problem. The faulty part was returned the next day, by me, and the credit was credited to my credit card in about 2 weeks. Thanks again for the proper part, now I can exercise again.
I also left you a voicemail a few minutes ago but I wanted to say 'thank you'. I really appreciate you getting back to me so quickly and for following through on our original discussion a few weeks about returning the first belt when the new one arrives. I was worried when I called in on Friday to check on the order status that I had followed the directions incorrectly from our earlier conversation. Customer issues/concerns are bound to come up from time to time but it's how people and companies respond that I believe build customer loyalty. Thank you for handling my concern so promptly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to getting the new running belt and will the return the original right away.
